Module na gaba-gaba na RF: babban ƙarfin tuƙi na zamanin 5G

Module na gaba-gaba na RF (FEM) yana taka muhimmiyar rawa a cikin sadarwa ta zamani ta mara waya, musamman a zamanin 5G. Ya ƙunshi manyan abubuwa kamar amplifier power (PA),matata,mai ɗaukuwa biyu, maɓallin RF da kumaƙaramar amplifier (LNA)don tabbatar da ƙarfi, kwanciyar hankali da ingancin siginar.

Amplifier mai ƙarfin lantarki yana da alhakin ƙara girman siginar RF, musamman a cikin 5G, wanda ke buƙatar ingantaccen aiki da kuma babban layi. Matatar tana zaɓar takamaiman siginar mita don tace siginar tsangwama don tabbatar da tsarkin watsa sigina. A cikin babban band, matattarar sautin murya ta saman (SAW) da babban band acoustic wave (BAW) suna da nasu fa'idodi da rashin amfani. Matattarar BAW tana aiki mafi kyau a cikin babban band, amma farashin ya fi girma.

Tare da haɓaka fasahar 5G, na'urorin RF na gaba-gaba suna matsawa zuwa ga haɗawa da rage girmansu. Fasahar marufi ta SiP tana haɗa sassan RF da yawa tare, suna inganta haɗin kai da rage farashi. A lokaci guda, aikace-aikacen sabbin kayayyaki kamar polymer na ruwa mai lu'ulu'u (LCP) da polyimide da aka gyara (MPI) a cikin filin eriya yana ƙara inganta ingancin watsa sigina.
