RF gaban-karshen module: ainihin ƙarfin tuƙi na zamanin 5G

RF gaban-karshen module (FEM) yana taka muhimmiyar rawa a cikin sadarwa mara waya ta zamani, musamman a zamanin 5G. An haɗa shi da mahimman abubuwan haɗin gwiwa kamar amplifier (PA),tace,duplexer, RF canji da kumaƘaramar ƙararrawa (LNA)don tabbatar da ƙarfi, kwanciyar hankali da ingancin siginar.

Ƙarfin wutar lantarki yana da alhakin haɓaka siginar RF, musamman a cikin 5G, wanda ke buƙatar babban inganci da babban layi. Tace tana zaɓar takamaiman siginar mitar don tace siginar tsangwama don tabbatar da tsabtar watsa sigina. A cikin maɗaukakin mitar mitar, fitattun igiyoyin sauti na sama (SAW) da matattarar sauti mai ƙarfi (BAW) suna da fa'idodi da rashin amfanin nasu. Masu tace BAW suna aiki mafi kyau a cikin babban rukunin mitar, amma farashin ya fi girma.

Tare da haɓaka fasahar 5G, samfuran gaba-gaba na RF suna motsawa zuwa haɗin kai da ƙaramin ƙarfi. SiP fakitin fasahar fakitin RF da yawa tare, haɓaka haɗin kai da rage farashi. A lokaci guda, aikace-aikacen sabbin kayan aiki kamar ruwa mai kristal polymer (LCP) da polyimide (MPI) da aka gyara a cikin filin eriya yana ƙara haɓaka ingantaccen watsa sigina.
